<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />HELD: September 26, 1994 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at City Hall in said City on <br />the 26th day of September, 1994 at 5:30 o'clock~.m. for the <br />_purpose of approving the establishment of Hazardous Substance <br />Subdistrict No. 11A and approving the Finance Plan relating <br />thereto. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />P. Johnson, Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, and V. Johnson, <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br />None. <br /> <br />Councilmember P. Johnson introduced the <br />following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9105 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE <br />ESTABLISHMENT OF HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE <br />SUBDISTRICT NO. 11A AND APPROVING THE FINANCE <br />PLAN RELATING THERETO <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota (the "City") as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recitals <br /> <br />1.01. It has been proposed that the City establish <br />Hazardous Substance Subdistrict No. llA and approve and adopt a <br />Finance Plan relating thereto, all pursuant to and in accordance <br />with Minnesota Statutes, sections 469.124 through 469.134, as <br />amended, and Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.174 through <br />469.179, inclusive, as amended. <br /> <br />1.02. The Council has investigated the facts and has caused <br />to be prepared a proposed Finance Plan for Tax Increment <br />Financing District No. 11 and Hazardous Substance Subdistrict No. <br />llA. <br /> <br />268465 . , <br />
