<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />Held September 10, 1973 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held in the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the lOth <br /> <br />day of September, 1973, at 7:30 o."clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Brennan. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />After a discussion of the views presented by the affected <br /> <br />property owners at the public assessment hearing on August 30, <br /> <br />1973, Councilman Anderson then introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6020 <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING ASSESSMENTS <br />FOR A PART OF COMBINED <br />IMPROVEMENT OF 1973, SERIES 5 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville, Minne.ota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The proposed assessments for a part of Combined <br /> <br />Improvement of 1973, Series 5 should be and are hereby amended as <br /> <br />follows: <br />
