I~ESOLlJTION NO. 603 A RI~SOLUTION DESIGNATING DEPOSITORY ~~OR VILLAGE FUNDS BE IT ItESOLVED by the Village Council for the Village of i~oseville that the Roseville State Bank of Roseville, T'finnesota, be and hereby is designated as the depository for certain accounts of the Villalle of l~oseville, and the Village Treasurer is authorized to deposit Village funds for each account in such bank. The following is the list of accounts, and opposite each account name is the maximum amount to be deposited in each account: Account i\.'11ount General Sewer Operating Liquor Buildinr, Liquor Sinking Pascal Avenue Storm Drainage $ 317,500.00 50,000.00 75,000.00 7,500.00 50,000.00 BE IT FURTIJEI< n.ESOLVED, that before any deposits are made in said bank in excess of the amount of such deposit guaranteed by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, such bank. shall be required to supply the Village a corporate surety hond in the amount of rive Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) subject to the aprroval of the Village Council, and conditioned to repay the above amount or any part thereof upon proper demand therefor and to perform such other duties in connection with said deposit as the Council may require.
