<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD <br /> <br />September 17, 1973 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, was held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington <br />Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, Monday, September 17, 1973, at <br />7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Anderson, Brennan, Curley and Grauel <br />and the following were absent: N <br />one <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6033 <br /> <br />RESOLtITION DIRECTING THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO REIlJCE <br />THE ESTABLISHED TAX LEVY FOR GOLF COURSE BONDS, WATER <br />IMPROVEMENT BONDS, SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT BONDS, <br />ICE ARENA BONDS, GENERAL IMPROVEMENT BONDS PND PARK <br />BONDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $24,600 in the Golf Course <br />Debt Retirement Fund resulting in the transfer of $24,600 from <br />revenues received from the Golf Course Operations <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $60,000 in the Water Debt <br />Retirement Fund resulting from greater special assessments received <br />than anticipated; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $27,000 in the Sanitary Sewer <br />Debt Retirement Fund resulting from greater special assessments <br />received than anticipated; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $1,113 in the Ice Arena Debt <br />Retirement Fund resulting from the transfer of $1,113 from revenues <br />received from the Ice Arena Operations; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $130,000 in General Improvemeilt <br />Debt Retirement Fund resulting from greater special assessments <br />received than anticipated, and balances from completed construction <br />funds; <br />
