<br />After a discussion of the views presented by persons <br /> <br />appearing at the public hearing for Improven~nt No. 55-73-27, <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Curley <br /> <br />then introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6036 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-73-27 UNDER AND <br />PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes 1961, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a <br />pUblic hearing pursuant to published notice, on the proposed <br />construction of Improvement No, 85-73-27, consisting of the <br />construction of approximately 500 feet of sanitary sewer <br />immediately south of the north Roseville limits to provide <br />service to several properties lying below and easterly of <br />West OWasso Boulevard with discharge northerly to an existing <br />lift station in Shoreview, the construction of which in 1966 <br />was partially paid by Roseville as described in the notice <br />of hearing at a cost presently estimated to be approximately <br />$12,500.00, and substantially in accordance with the prelimi- <br />nary engineer1s report as to the feasibility thereof which <br />is now on file in the office of the Village Manager: and having <br />considered the views of all interested persons and being fully <br />advised in the premises, the Council does hereby determine and <br />order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed, <br />and special assessments shall be levied therefor, pursuant to <br />said Chapter 429, and that the area proposed to be assessed <br />therefor shall include the property as described in the notice <br />of hearing. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman <br /> <br />Brennan <br /> <br />, and upon roll <br /> <br />call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All <br /> <br />and the following voted against: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was decl~red duly passed and adopted. <br />
