<br />EXTRACT OF rIINUTES OF i.mETING OF 1l!E VILLAGE COUiJCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE HELD SEPTEi'iBER 10, 1962 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, flinnesota, <br />was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on <br />the 10th day of September, 1962, at 8:00 p.m. The following <br />members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor r.lcGee, Trustees Kustermann, Goodrich and Flanagan. <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Iclember Goodrich introduced the following Resolution and <br />moved its adoption. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 604 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SECURITIES FOR COLLATERAL FRml <br />ROSEVILLE STATE BANK OF ROSEVILLE, r.JlNNESOTA. <br /> <br />m-IEREAS, the Roseville State Bank of Roseville, Minnesota, is <br />the Village depository and has presented collateral in the amount <br />of $515,000 as follows: <br /> <br />U.S. Treasury Bills due October 11, 1962 <br />U.S. Treasury Bills due November 23, 1962 <br />U.S. Treasury Bills due December 13, 1962 <br />Federal Home Loan Bank 3.15% March 15, 1963 <br />U.S. Treasury Certificates of Indebtedness <br />3 1/2% - August 15, 1963 <br /> <br />$115,000 <br />100,000 <br />150,000 <br />100,OOa <br /> <br />50,000 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, <br />rHNNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That the Village Treasurer be authorized to accept said securities <br />as collateral, and that said collateral be deposited with the <br />First National Bank of St. Paul, Minnesota. <br /> <br />TI1e motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly <br />seconded by ~lember Kustermann, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: <br />
