<br />WHEREAS a particular error and inequity has become evident <br /> <br />in the aforedescribed assessment roll, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville does hereby amend the original assessment as contained <br /> <br />in the aforedescribed assessment roll, as follows: <br /> <br />Name <br /> <br />Description of Property <br /> <br />Chanqe Made <br /> <br />Original <br />Assessment <br /> <br />As Revised <br />By Council <br /> <br />Dirk Postema et al <br />953 Millwood Avenue W. <br />St. Paul, Minnesota <br />55113 <br /> <br />79-67200-020-24 $1,000.00 <br />Saint Paul Park <br />Except the North <br />400 Feet of <br />Block 24 <br /> <br />$750.00 <br /> <br />It is hereby found and determined by this Council that the <br /> <br />foregoing amendment is just and equitable to said assessment roll <br /> <br />for Combined Improvement of 1972, Series 4, and necessary to <br /> <br />correct said error and inequity. <br /> <br />In the event said assessment has been rJ:.:cpaid in the <br /> <br />original amount, the Village Treasurer is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to refund that portion to the tax payer between the <br /> <br />original amount and the revised amount as herein set forth. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by <br /> <br />Member Grauel <br /> <br />, and upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favo::' thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
