<br />EXTRACT OF MINUfES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD DECEMBER 17,1973 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Rosevi1le, Minnesota, was <br />duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, December 17, <br />1973, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen <br />Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6057 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the 1974 Budget was adopted by the Village Council <br />on September 10, 1973, by Resolution No. 6032; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No.6056 established compensation schedules <br />for 1974 for certain classifications of employees requiring a <br />transfer from the Contingency Fund to the appropriate operating <br />account within the General Fund: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Rosevi11e that the following budgetary funds be increased <br />as indicated to reflect a gross transfer of $12,662.00 from the <br />Contingency Fund to the General Fund. <br /> <br />General Fund <br /> <br />Increase in Appropriation <br /> <br />Administration <br />Central Services <br />Finance <br />Public Works Administration <br />Street <br />Code Enforcement <br />Parks & Recreation <br />Court <br />Police <br />Fire <br /> <br />$ 540 <br />1 , 740 <br />672 <br />3,696 <br />660 <br />1,458 <br />1,104 <br />908 <br />888 <br />996 <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Grauel and upon a vote being taken the following <br />voted in favor of the resolution: All present <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted; <br />
