EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD DECEMBER 17,1973 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, December 17, 1973, at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, COlll1cilmen Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Curley and the following were absent: None Member Anderson introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 6058 WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville has the following outstanding Unprovement projects which need to be financed: Series V, VI, 73-18, 73-19, 73-20, 73-21, 73-22, 73-23, 73-25, WHEREAS, at the present time the sale of bonds to finance the above captioned improvements is not necessary due to funds currently in reserve; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, that projects Series V, VI, 73-18, 73-19, 73-20, 73-22, 73-23, 73-25 be temporarily financed from Series IV, 70-11, 70-12, 70-13 and 72-20 and provide for interest payment on these projects at a rate of 6% per annum. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Brennan and upon a vote being taken the following voted in favor of the resolution: All present and the following voted against: None WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
