EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD DECEMBER 17, 1973 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Rosevi11e, Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, December 17, 1973, at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Grauel, Anderson, Brennan, Curley and the following were absent: None Member Linebarger introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 6059 WHEREAS, Albert W. Grauel was initially elected to the Village Council for a term starting in January 1964, and did serve until December 31, 1973; AND WHEREAS, Albert W. Grauel has served the Council and the Village of Rosevi11e with distinction during this period, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, that Albert W. Grauel is hereby extended the respect and appreciation of the community for his years of service and dedication to the best interests of Rosevil1e. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Brennan and upon a vote being taken the following voted in favor of the resolution: All present and the following voted against same: None WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
