<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD DECEMBER 17, 1973 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Rosevi11e, Minnesota, was <br />duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, December 17, <br />1973, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Grauel, Anderson, Brennan, Curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Linebarger introduced and moved the adoption of the <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6059 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Albert W. Grauel was initially elected to the <br />Village Council for a term starting in January 1964, and did serve <br />until December 31, 1973; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, Albert W. Grauel has served the Council and the <br />Village of Rosevi11e with distinction during this period, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota, that Albert W. Grauel is hereby <br />extended the respect and appreciation of the community for his years <br />of service and dedication to the best interests of Rosevil1e. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Brennan and upon a vote being taken <br />the following voted in favor of the resolution: <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
