<br />RESOLUTION NO. ~CJ6 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING I-lEARING ON LONG LAKE <br />ROAD IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />l\~1EREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted September 5, <br />1962, a report has been prepared by the Village Engineer with reference <br />to the improvement of Long Lake Road between the center line of <br />County Road B to the center line of County Road C. This report was <br />received by the Council on September 10, 1962. <br /> <br />NOW, llfEREFORE, BE IT IU~SOLVED by the Village Council of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of such road in <br />accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting <br />property for all or a portion of the costs of the improvement <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 429.011 to 429.111 <br />at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $113,740. <br /> <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement <br />on the 24th day of September 1962, in the Council Chambers of <br />the Village Hall at 7:00 p.m. and the Clerk shall give mailed <br />and published notices of such hearing in improvement as required <br />by law. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Vi 11 age Council this lath day of September, 1962. <br /> <br />-/L~~) <br /> <br />U(t~ <br />Mayor ~ <br /> <br />SEAL <br /> <br />~ <br />_/<0.
