<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JANUARY 21 1974 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, January ,,/ <br />1974, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, Cmmcilmen Curley, <br />Brennan, Demos and Hess <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Brennan <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following Re solution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6067 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on August 28, 1967 pursuant to Resolution No. <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville granted a special use <br />permit to Northern States Power Company; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Northern States Power Company has requested the <br />City of Roseville to amend said special use permit; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The special use permit is hereby amended as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />(a) Section 5, paragraphs (c), (d) I (e) and (f) are <br />stricken. <br /> <br />(b) The obligation of Northern States Power Company, <br />in lieu of its obligations stricken in this Resolution, <br />are to be as follows: <br />
