<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CIlY COUNCIL <br /> <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD - JANUARY 28, 1974 <br /> <br />************************************************* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was duly held at the City Hall in said City on tvbnday, January 28, <br />1974, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: ~fuyor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Brennan, Curley, Demos and Hess <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced and IOOved the adoption <br />of the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6068 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Burke M. Raymond, has served as the City Manager <br />of Roseville, ~linnesota, since April 7, 1969, and is now leaving <br />his post to undertake a challenging position directing a project <br />designed to improve local government service and responsiveness; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, Mr. Raymond has rendered outstanding service <br />to Roseville through conscientious effort and application of his <br />considerable managerial skills; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Roseville extends its thanks, congratulations and best <br />wishes to Mr. Raymond for his years with the city and for his <br />success in his future endeavors. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member Demos and upon a vote being taken <br />the following voted in favor of the resolution: <br /> <br />and the following voted against same: N <br />one <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br /> <br />All present <br />
