<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVlLLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City ofRoseville, <br />County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, <br />Minnesota, on Monday, the tenth day of October, 1994, at 5:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, P. Johnson, Mastel, Wiski, and V. Johnson and the <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member P. Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9111 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING ASSESSMENTS FOR <br />1993 IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. It is hereby found and determined by this Council that the foregoing amendments are just and equitable <br />to said proposed assessment, and necessary to a fair assessment for payment of the cost of said <br />improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Mastel and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Goedeke, P. Johnson, Mastel, Wiski, <br />and V. Johnson and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
