<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE,MlmESOTA, HEW MARCH 11, 1974 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, <br />March 11, 1974, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Mayor Linebarger, Cm.mcilmen <br /> <br />Demos, Hess, Brennan and Curley <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6076 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville intend s to enter <br />into an Agreement with Ramsey County, the City of Arden Hills and <br />the City of Shoreview to apportion the costs of improvements to <br />the Lambros Ditch into which certain storm water run-off from the <br />City of Roseville flows. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Joint Powers <br />Agreement Re Lambros Ditch Project" is hereby approved by the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville and the Manager and Mayor <br />are instructed to execute the same for and on behalf of the City <br />of Ro seville. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member Brennan , and upon a vote being <br />taken, the following voted in favor of the resolution: <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said Resolution was declared duly <br />passed and adopted. <br />
