<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD MARCH 18, 1974 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, <br />March 18, 1974, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Demos, Hess, Brennan and Curley <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Hess introduced the following <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6079 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville intend s to enter <br />into an Agreement with James F. Andre to employ his services as <br />the City Manager. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled II Employment <br />Agreementll is hereby approved by the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville and the Acting Manager and Mayor are instructed to <br />execute the same for and on behalf of the City of Roseville. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Reso- <br />lution was duly seconded by Member Demos , and upon a <br />vote being taken, the following voted in favor of the resolution: <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said Resolution was declared duly <br />pa s sed and adopted. <br />
