<br />EXTRACT OF MINlITES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />HELD: ~~rch 25, 1974 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City COlIDcil of the City of Roseville, Minnesota <br />was duly held at the City Hall in said city on MOnday, the 25th <br />day of ~rch, 1974, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: ~yor Linebarger, <br />COlIDcilmen Demos, Hess, Brennan and Curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Hess introduced and moved the adoption of the <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6084 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, plans for Fairview Avenue, Project No. <br />SAP 62-648-03 showing proposed alignment, profiles, grades <br />and cross sections for the reconstruction of COlIDty-State Aid <br />Highway 48 within the limits of the City of Roseville, as a <br />State Aid Project have been prepared and presented to the <br />Council; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said plans, <br />are in all things approved. <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Demos and upon <br />a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />All present <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />) SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and Acting <br />Manager of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify that <br />I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of <br />
