NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-W-74-8 CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 270l North Lexington, in said city, on the 8th day of April , 1974 at 7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Im- provement No. P-W-74-8 on Western Avenue between County Road B-2 and County Road C in conjunction with the State Highway Department by the installation of concrete curb and gutter, bituoinous surfacing, water services and necessary appurtenances, The foregoing is all substantially i~ accordance with a pre- liminary engineering report wh.1.ch is now on file and open to public inspection in the office of ~he City Manager. The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at approximately $132,342.42. The area proposed to be assessed for the improvement shall be all those parcels of property described as follows: All that property abutting Western Avenue from County Road "B_211 to County Road "C", described as follows: Except the north 527.22 feet and except the south 691.6 feet, the west 409.22 feet more or less of the northwest l/4 of the northwest l/4 of Section 12, Township 29, Range 23. The west 98.67 feet of north 527.22 feet of the north- east 1/4 of Section 12, Township 29, Range 23. The south 173 feet of the west 133 feet of the north- east 1/4 of Section 12, Township 29, Range 23. The north 176 feet of the south 528 feet of the east 325 feet of the northeast 1/4 of the northwest 1/4 of Section 12, Township 29, Range 23. The south 100 feet of the north 355 feet more or less of the east 177 feet more or less of the north- west 1/4 of Section l2, Township 29, Range 23.
