Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville Ramsey County, Minnesota Held: March 25, 1974 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof the City Council of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the 25th day of March, 1974 at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Demos, Hess, Brennan and Curley and the following were absent: None ~ Mayor Linebarger introduced the following resolu- tion and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 6086 RESOLU'l'ION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT P-SS-ST-W-74-9 AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted January 28, 1974, the Council has directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement on Transit Avenue between Galtier and Rice Streets by the installation of concrete curb and gutter, bituminous surfacing, sanitary sewer extension, storm sewer, water services and necessary appurtenances. The Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Improvement P-SS-ST-W-74-9.
