"'.. 01" "\10 ..... .... <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a <br />regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of <br />l<oseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held in the <br />Village Hall in said Village on Monday, September 10th, <br />1962 at 8:00 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />/l7c~ 7/7'~1 ..~ c?~/ >>;~~~ <br />C'~ ~~ <br />and the following members were absent: ~ <br /> <br />Ilember ~~ <br />Resolution and moved lts adoption. <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. t:zPr <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the <br />Village Council on August 27, 1962, the village consulting <br />engineers, Banister Engineering Co., has prepared plans and <br />specifications for Projects 1 and 2 of Sanitary Sewer Improvement <br />No. 4 and have presented such plans and specifications to the <br />Council for approval. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The plans and specifications prepared by Banister <br />Engineering Company dated September 6, 1962, and signed by <br />Roger B. Short, which are nm'.7 on file in the Village Hall of the <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota, and entitled Roseville, Minnesota <br />Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.4, Projects 1 and 2, are hereby <br />approved. <br /> <br />2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be <br />inserted in the Rose Tribune, the official paper, and in the <br />Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon the making <br />of such improvement under such approved plans and specifications. <br />The advertisement shall be published as required by law, shall <br />specify the work to be done, shall call for bids upon the basis <br />
