<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted <br /> <br />March 18, 1974, a report has been prepared by the City Public <br /> <br />Works Director with reference to the improvement, and this report <br /> <br />was received by the Council on <br /> <br />March 18 <br /> <br />, 1974: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br /> <br />the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The aforesaid petition is signed by the owners of all <br />property affected by said requested improvement in accordance <br />with M.S.A. Sec. 429.031 (3). <br /> <br />2. Said improvement is feasible and is hereby ordered as <br />proposed in the report of the City Public Works Director. <br /> <br />3. The City Public Works Director is hereby designated <br />as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and <br />specifications for the making of such improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman <br /> <br />Hess <br /> <br />, and upon roll <br /> <br />call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br /> <br />thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
