<br />1. Plans and specifications for Improvements P-SS-ST-W-74-9, <br />P-W-SS-74-l0, and P-74-ll, copies of which are attached hereto <br />and made a part hereof, are hereby approved and ordered placed on <br />file in the office of the City Manager. Plans and specifications <br />for Consolidated Improvements of 1972 (SS-W-P-72-8) were <br />approved April 10, 1972. <br /> <br />2. The Acting City Manager shall prepare and cause to be <br />inserted in the official newspaper and in the Construction Bulletin <br />an advertisement for bids for the making of such improvements in <br />accordance with such approved plans and specifications. The <br />advertisement shall specify the work to to done, shall state <br />that bids will be received and publicly opened at 9:00 o'clock a.m. <br />May 17, 1974, at the City Hall of said City and shall state <br />that no bid will be considered unless sealed and filed with the <br />Manager and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid <br />bond or certified check payable to the City Manager for 10% of the <br />amount of such bid. At least 11 days shall elapse between the <br />first publication of said notice and the date set for bid opening. <br />The bids will be opened by the Acting City Manager and the Public <br />Works Director. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by member Hp~~ and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following vo"Led in favor thereof: <br />All present <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
