WHEREAS the Comrni.ssioner of High,',ays has prepared plans, special provisions and specifications for the improvement of a part of Trunk High\vay Number - renurrillered as Trunk Highway Numb~r 51 within- the corporate limits of the City of Ros'evi lIe from the South Corp. Limits to t t ! I I I i the North Corp. Limits and HHERSAS said plans are on file in the office of the DepClrtrnent of Highways, Saint Paul, Ninnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as S.P. 6115-46 (5l=125),_.~..P. 6216-70 _(51=125) ; and HHE~EAS said special provisions are on file in the office ut the Department of Highways, Saint-Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled and' identifjed as S.P. 6215-46 (51=125), S.P. 6216-70 (51=125) , which, togeth<"-r~ vlith the ~annesota Department of Highways Specifications for Higl~ay Construction, dated January 1, 1972, as amended by "Supplemental Specifications" dated January 1, 1974, sh,~ll govern, on file in the office of the Commissioner of High'vays, constitute the specifications for said improverr.ent of Trunk Highvlay 125 ' renumbered as Trunk Highways Number 51 ; and ~n{EREAS copies of said p1ans and special provisions as so marked, labeled and identified are also on file in the office of the City Clerk; and lVHERFAS the term "said plans and special provisions" as herein- after used in the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and incorporate the plans and special provisions in the foregoing recitals particularly identified and described.
