<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD APRIL 29, 1974 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held <br />in the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 29th day of April, <br />1974, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Hess, Brennan, Curley and Demos <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Hess introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESDLUTION NO. 6096 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the auditing firm of Peat, Marwick, Mitchell and <br />Company reported differences in two accounts between the published <br />1973 budget report and the official Council resolutions adopting <br />the 1973 budget and transferring funds between accounts; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, those differences were traceable to errors made in <br />preparing the published budget; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESDLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESDTA, that in order to make the Council <br />action agree completely and exactly with the adopted 1973 budget <br />that the following changes be made in the 1973 budget: <br /> <br />Increase In <br />Appropriation <br /> <br />Decrease In <br />Appropriation <br /> <br />General Fund <br /> <br />Street Department <br />Insurance <br /> <br />$ 3,345 <br /> <br />$5,300 <br /> <br />Contingency Fl.ll1d <br /> <br />1,955 <br />
