<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD APRIL 29 J 1974 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due ca II and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the City Hall in said City on the 29th day of <br /> <br />April, 1974 at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, Cmlllcilmen <br />Hess, Brennan, Curley, Demos <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following Resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6097 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DETERMINING TO ACQUIRE BY CONDEMNATION <br />UNDER THE POWERS OF EMINENT DOMAIN CERTAIN LAND IN FEE SIMPLE <br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF A PERMANENT EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC ROAD AND <br />UNDERGROUND UTILITIES, AND DIRECTING THAT THE NECESSARY PRO- <br />CEEDINGS BE INSTITUTED FOR SUCH PURPOSE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Roseville deems <br />it necessary and expedient and in the best interests of the City <br />to acquire the following described land for a permanent easement <br />for public road and underground utilities~ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Roseville has <br />been advised by competent advisers and committees that the following <br />described real property is feasible to construct and maintain a <br />public road and underground utility mains, pipes and appurtenances. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville has been unable to negotiate <br />for the purpose of purchasing said land~ and <br />
