EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, ~lINNESOTA, HELD APRIL 29, 1974 *, * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reular meeting of the City Council of the City of Rosevil1e, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on April 29, 1974, at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Hess, Brennan, Curley and Demos and the following members were absent: None jV\ember Brennan and moved its adoption: introduced the following resolution RESOLUTION NO. 6099 A RESOLUTION CANCELLING CERTAIN REMAINING INSTALLMENTS OF ASSESSMENTS FOR SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 3, AUDITORS NO. 198; WATER IMPROVEMENTS NOS. 62-2, 64-4, 64-5 and 64-6, AUDITORS NO. 374; SANITARY SEWER AND WATER IMPROVEMENTS-SERIES I, AUDITORS NO. 1060; AND STREET IMPROVEMENT-SERIES I, AUDITORS NO. 1170, ON PROPERTY ACQUIRED BY THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, IN 1973: WHEREAS, the City commenced eminent domain proceedings in the Ramsey County District Court, and s~;d District Court ordered appoint- ment of Commissioners and had Commissioners. hear.ings and an Award enter.ed, all in 1973, pertaining to the following parcel: A. K. BARNUMS GARDEN LOTS Part lying SE of Heinel Drive of fol: ex 50 ft x 67 ft MOL tract in most E corner for sewer lift station in Doc. 1535987 part of Lot 12 northeast of fol: L beg at E cor of sd Lot 267.5 ft; th R 93 deg. 48 min. 325 ft; th R 88 deg. 56 min. 20 ft; th left 89 deg. 34 min. 99.76 ft; th left 10 deg. 16 min. 111.92 ft, th par with extension of sd 93 deg 48 min. line to shore of lake being part of sd Lot 12, according to the thereof on file, Ramsey County, and WHEREAS, at the time of the above acquisitions cer.tain assess- ments were spread upon the property above for certain municipal improve- ments, the City now desires to cancel said assessments insofar as the remaining installments due and payable in 1974 are concerned. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, f~innesota, as follows: 1. Commencing with the installment due and payable in 1974. the entire balance of assessments for all improvements named in the above resolution, are hereby cancelled as to the above described parcel in A. K. Barnums Garden Lots.
