<br />Resolution No. 61 <br /> <br />Adopted October 5, 1954 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a petition was filed by fifty per cent of the property owners <br /> <br /> <br />abutting and wi thin 250 feet of Asbury Street South from County Road C-2 <br /> <br /> <br />to its termination, a distance of 444 feet located in Rosette, Section 3, <br /> <br />Roseville: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on said petition on the 16th day of <br /> <br />March, 1954, at 2:00 o'cloci, p.m. at the Village Hall, Lexington Avenue, <br /> <br />anc County '''oad "C", in the Village of l\oseville:, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, two weeks' published and posted notice was given of said hearing <br /> <br />according to law; and <br /> <br />~HEREAS, it is to the best interests of the public to vacate said street <br /> <br /> <br />there having been duly dedicated to the Village of rtoseville perpetual <br /> <br /> <br />easement for highway purposes the East 60 feet of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, Block 1, <br /> <br />Rosette, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office <br /> <br />of the Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that said Asbury Street South from County Iload C2 to its <br /> <br /> <br />termination, a distance of 444 feet located in Rosette, Section 3, Rosevile, <br /> <br />be and the same is hereby vacated as a public street. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />Clerk <br />
