EXTRACT OF t'lI NUTES OF i.1EETI NG OF THE CITY COUNC I L OF ROSEVILLE, i'lINNESOTA - HELD MAY 13, 1974 * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeing of the City Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on M:mday, May 13, 1974, at 7 : 30 P. M. The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Brennan, Curley, Demos, Hess and the following members were absent: None tlember Curley introduced the following Resolution and moved its aaoption: RESOLUTION NO. 6101 A RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF TWO PUBLIC STREETS. WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice, the City Council held a public hearing to determine whether or not two certain streets in the City of Roseville should be vacated, and; WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of changes in the use of the surrounding land and proposed replatting of the property, it would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate said streets; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: The City Council of the City of Roseville hereby vacates the public streets over the properties described as follows: Dellwood Avenue Vacation. All of Oellwood Avenue abutting Block 4, Gottfried Plat 2, and all of Del 1 wood Avenue abutting Lots 6 and 7, Block 2, Gottfried Addition, south and west of a line described as follows: Commencing at the northeast corner of said Lot 6, thence southerly along the east line of said Lot 6 42 feet to the point of beginning; thence south- easterly by a deflection angle of 21 degrees 00 minutes to the left 167.43 feet to a point on the easterly right of way line of Dellwood Avenue and there termi nati ng, 1 yi ng and bei n9 in Ramsey County, Minnesota.
