<br />EXTRACf OF MINUTES OF MEET ING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />HELD - May 13, 1974 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* * <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* * <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey <br />COlmty, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2701 North <br />Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on M:mday, the 13th day <br />of May, 1974, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Brennan, Curley, Demos and Hess. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6102 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on April 29, 1974, the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville approved the contract with IUOE, Local 49, <br />calling for $65.00 per month salary increases for bargaining <br />unit members in 1974; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a transfer of funds from the Contingency Fund <br />to the operating account is necessary to cover the increased 1974 <br />salary costs; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of Roseville that $13,260 be transferred from the equity <br />of the Contingency Fund to the operating account as follows: <br /> <br />Fund <br /> <br />Increase In <br />Appropriation <br /> <br />Decrease In <br />Appropriation <br /> <br />General Fund <br /> <br />Street <br />Parks <br /> <br />$10,140 <br />3,120 <br /> <br />Contingency Fund <br /> <br />$13,260 <br />
