EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD MAY 13 1974 , * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, May 13, 1974, at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Brennan, Curley, Demos and Hess and the following members were absent: None Member Hess Resolution and moved its adoption: introduced the following RESOLUTION NO. 6105 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Roseville intend s to enter into an agreement with the State of Minne sota, Department of Highways, designated as Agreement No. 57698M, dealing with the relocation, construction, operation and maintenance of a sanitary sewer and a watermain, together with fixture s, equip- ment and appurtenances thereto in conjunction with the construction of sound abatement improvements along Trunk Highway 35W and Trunk Highway 280 in the City of Roseville. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE SO LVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: That certain agreement entitled "Agency Agreement and Contract for Quit Claim Deed" is hereby approved by the City Council of the City of Roseville and the City Manager and the Mayor are instructed to execute the same for and on behalf of the City of Roseville. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolu- tion was duly seconded by member Demos and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor of the resolution: All present and the following voted against the same: None WHEREUPON, the said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
