Mayor Linebarger, COlIDcilmen Brennan, Curley, Demos, Hess and tne follo\tJing members were absent: None 11ember ___Curley adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved its RESOLUTION NO. 6106 A RESOLUTION CORRECTING THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FIGURES FOR TWO PARCELS OF PROPERTY FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT P-72-20 (Auditor Number 1141) WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 6019, dated September 10, 1973, the Council made assessments for Street Improvement P-72-20, on PARCEL (A) Unplatted Lands (79-00500-060-02) Part of a 50 ft wide power R/W running NE & SW across the NE~ & lying Ely of Wly line of Hwy 35-W in NE~ (subj to rd) in Sec 5, T 29, R 23, Ramsey County, and PARCEL (B) Unplatted Lands (79-00500-050-02) 140 ft \'/ide R/W across pt of W!2 of SE~ of ~1T Ry R/W & a 75 ft wide R/W across pt of SW~ of NE~ W of sd Ry R/W & across NW~ & beg on E L of sd Ry R/W & 626.5 ft N of S line of NE~; th SE 268.7 ft; th S 29 deg 57 min W 180.45 ft; th curve L 313.3 ft to pt on S line of NE~ & 831.9 ft E of SW cor thereof; th W to sd Ry R/W; th NE to beg (subj to Hwy & rds)in See 5, T 29, R 23, Ramsey County; and WHEREAS, it appears that the assessment for parcel (A) in said Resolution should have been added to the assessment for parcel (B); and, WHEREAS, it appears that the assessment is, therefore, not equitable and must be corrected under Minn. Stat. ~429.071, Subsec. 3; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Roseville, as follows:
