MHD 2523 (3-74) RESOLUTION NO. 6108 At a (regular) (special) meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville duly held on the 20th day of May 19 74 , the following Resolution was offered by Councilwoman Demos ; seconded by Councilman Hess to-wit: WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highways has prepared plans, special provisions and specifications for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number 394 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 35W within the corporate limits of the City of Roseville from ~ 300 feet W. of Eustis Street to 75 feet E. of Acorn Road WHEREAS said plans are on of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, as ; and file in the office of the Department being marked, labeled, and identified S.P. 6284-79 (35W=394) ; and WHEREAS said special provisions are on file in the office of the Department of Highways~ Sain~ Paul~ ~innesota, being marked, labeled and identified as S.P. 62b4-79 \35W=3~4) , which, together with the Minnesota Department of Highways Specifications for Highway Construction, dated January 1, 1972, as amended by "Supplemental Specifications" dated January 1, 1974, shall govern, on file in the office of the Commissioner of Highways, constitute the specifications for said improvement of Trunk Highway )q4 renumbered as Trunk Highways Number 35W and WHEREAS copies of said plans and special provisions as so marked, labeled and identified are also on file in the office of the City Clerk; and l~HEREAS the term "said plans and special provisions" as herein- after used in the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and incorporate the plans and special provisions in the foregoing recitals particularly identified and described.
