<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF TIlli <br />CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br />rlliLD - MAY 20, 1974 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, <br />May 20, 1974, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Brennan, Curley, Hess and <br />and the following were absent: Demos <br />None <br />Member Curley introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6109 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Roseville <br />intends to enter into a contract with the Board of Water Commissioners <br />of Saint Paul for water service; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized to <br />sign the contract between the City of Roseville and the Board of <br />Water Commissioners of Saint Paul for water service. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by member Brennan and upon a vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor of the resolution: <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against same: None <br /> <br />and adopted. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said Resolution was declared duly passed <br />
