<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE HELD SEPTEMBER 10, 1962 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held in the Village Hall in <br />said Village on September 10, 1962, at 8:00 p.m. The <br />following members were present: <br />)n~ /n~/ ~ ~~/ <br />~ ~ IC:'~ <br />and the following members were absent:~~ <br /> <br />Member~ introduced the following <br />Resolution and moved lts adoptlon. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. ~// <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING THE VILLAGE ARBITRATOR <br />IN THE MATTER OF ARBITRATION BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, <br />MINNESOTA, and THE MINNESOTA WATER COMPANY, INC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on September 5, 1962, the Village of <br />Roseville invoked Section 15 of Ordinance No. 295, and therein <br />resolved to terminate said franchise set forth in said <br />Ordinance, and agreed to purchase the plant and water works <br />system of said Minnesota Water Company, Inc.; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 15 of Ordinance No. 295 calls <br />for the amount to be paid to the Minnesota Water Company, Inc., <br />to be settled by arbitration, with the Village of Roseville to <br />appoint an arbitrator, Minnesota Water Company, Inc., to <br />appoint an arbitrator, and the two said arbitrators to appoint <br />a third arbitrator, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />
