<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HEID MAY 20 ,1974 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Ro seville, Minne sota, <br />was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on the <br />20th day of May ,1974, at 7: 30 0' clock p. m. <br /> <br />The fOllowing members were present: <br />Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Hess Curley Brennan and Demos <br />, , <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Demos <br />resolution and moves its adoption: <br /> <br />introd uced the following <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6110 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain Cooperative Agreement between the <br />City of Roseville and the County of Ramsey, which is marked <br />Exhibit "A", attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof, is <br />hereby approved; and the Mayor and Manager of the City of <br />Roseville are hereby authorized to execute said Cooperative <br />Agreement on behalf of the City of Roseville, Minnesota. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing re solution <br />was duly seconded by member Hess , and upon a vote <br />being held thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly <br />pa s sed and adopted. <br />
