<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OR ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, - HELD ON JUNE 10, 1974 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called <br />and held at the City Hall in said City on the lath day of June, 1974, <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen <br />Curley, Demos, Hess and Brennan <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Brennan introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6ll0-A <br /> <br />RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF A PUBLIC STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice, the City <br />Council held a public hearing to determine whether or not a certain <br />street in the City of Roseville should be vacated, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of changes in the use of the <br />surrounding land, it would be beneficial to the public interest to <br />vacate said street; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville hereby vacates the public street over the property <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of Skillman Avenue dedicated in Jurgenson's Addition <br />lying East of the East line of Prior Avenue and West of the <br />East line of Lot 9, Block 1, Jurgenson's Addition, and extended <br />northerly to the North line of Skillman Avenue. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by member Demos and upon a vote being taken, the <br />following in favor of the resolution: All present <br />and the following voted against: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
