<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD June 10, 1974 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on <br />Monday, June 10, 1974, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: i'.1ayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Curley, Demos, Hess and Brennan <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />6113 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Roseville <br />desires that all councilmen and the mayor be covered under <br />Workmens Compensation pursuant to Minn. Stat. ~176.011 Subd. 9 <br />! 5) . <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That all councilmen and the mayor of the City of <br />Roseville shall be considered employees within the meaning of <br />the term as defined in the State Workmens Compensation Law, <br />Minn. Stat. ~176.01I, Subd. 9. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolu- <br />tion was duly seconded by member Hess and upon <br />a vote being taken, the following voted in favor of the Re- <br />solution: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br />
