<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD JUNE 10, 1974 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereoC a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of Ro seville, Minne sota, wa s duly <br />called and held at the City Hall in said City of Monday, June 10, <br />1974, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were pre sent: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Comcilrnen Curley, Brennan, DelOOS and Hess <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Demos introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6114 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION <br />NO 6100, PERTAINING TO ACQUIRING <br />TAX DELINQUENT PROPERTY. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has been notified that Lots I, 2, <br />and 3 are tax-forfeited property fronting on Dale Street, and avail- <br />able for proper public use, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the properties are not available for part <br />of development by reason of a Northern States Power easement, <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Recreation Board of the City and the <br />City Council believe that the property is suitable for park and <br />recreation purposes and can be improved for such purposes, for <br />road widening a s to the Ea st ten feet (10 ') and sight distance, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />The Mayor and Acting Manager are directed to pre- <br />pare an application for conveyance of Lots I, 2, and 3, Block I, <br />Kroiss Lakeview Addition, as tax-forfeited lands, to the City <br />of Roseville for the above public purposes. <br />
