<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the City Public Works <br />Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a <br />preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feas- <br />ible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or <br />in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated <br />cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman Demos and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon the following voted in favor thereof: All <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA ) <br />) SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting <br />Manager of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify <br />that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract <br />of minutes of a regular meeting of the City Council of said City <br />held on the 24th day of June, 1974, with the original thereof <br />on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete <br />transcript insofar as the same relates to Improvement No. <br />SS-W-P-74-l2. <br /> <br />WITNESS MY HAND as said acting Manager and the corporate <br />seal of the City this ~~ day of July, 1974. <br /> <br />~~~ <br /> <br />~~ City Manager <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
