<br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville has been requested <br />by the owners of said Lot 12, Block 2, Rosewood to release <br />and quit claim the said dedication of "Reserved for Water" <br />from public use~ <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The public dedication for public use of Lot 12, <br />Block 2, Rosewood, for the purpose of water drainage is <br />hereby released forever, and the Manager and Mayor are in- <br />structed to execute a Quit Claim Deed for that purpose, a <br />copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />reference. <br />The motion for the <br />resolution was duly seconded <br />and upon a vote being taken, <br />resolution: <br /> <br />adoption of the foregoing <br />by member Demos <br />the following voted in favor <br /> <br />of the <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said Resolution was declared <br />duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />- 2 - <br />
