<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City <br />establish said Deferred Compensation Plan for said employees and <br />hereby authorizes its Mayor and Manager to execute the Master <br />Trust Agreement with the International City Management Association <br />Retirement Corporation, attached hereto as Appendix A; and <br /> <br />IT IS FURTHER REF:OLVED that the Manager and Mayor, <br />may, on behalf of the City execute the Deferred Compensation <br />Employment Agreement with said employees, which is necessary for <br />their participation in the plan, an example, of which appears at <br />Appendix B, except that any Deferred Compensation Employment <br />Agreement for the Manager shall be executed by the Mayor; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Manager and Mayor <br />may execute future agreements with such other administrative, pro- <br />fessional and technical personnel as they desire to become part of the <br />plan and who are approved for such by the Manager and Mayor. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by member Hess , and upon a vote being <br />held thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly <br />pa s sed and adopted. <br />
