<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE HELD SEPTEMBER 10, 1962 <br /> <br />~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ <br />~~ ~. n ~. ~~ ~_ A ~_ 4. 4. ~_ 4. ~. ~. ~. 4. 4. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a <br />regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of <br />Roseville, Minnesota,was duly called and held in the Village <br />Hall in said Village on September 10, 1962, at 8:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />7h~ Th"~.i /}'~ y~~~ ~ <br />.z-L /f~ .. ~'-/ <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Member ~~ introduced the following <br />Resolution and moved lts adoptlon. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. ~ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DETERMINING THAT NO MONEYS HAVE <br />BEEN DIVERTED FROM THE SEWER DEBT RETIREMENT FUND. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes Annotated, <br />Section 475.61, prohibits the general use of moneys <br />received for debt retirement sinking funds; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the following transactions appear to <br />have occurred: <br /> <br />June 16, 1960 <br /> <br />An advance on the August 1960 Tax Settlement <br />in the amount of $46,000 was received. The <br />affidavit of the division of the settlement <br />received from the County indicated that <br />$34,000 was for General Fund purposes and <br />$12,000 was for the Sewer Debt Retirement <br />Fund. The money was entered as a $34,000 <br />receipt to the General Fund and a $12,000 <br />receipt to the Sewer Debt Retirement Fund on <br />the records. <br />
