December 27, 1960 The Council transferred $63,000 from the General Fund to the Sewer Debt Retirement Fund. and WHEREAS, the Council on December 27, 1960 was under the incorrect impression that $63,000 had erroneously been credited to the General Fund out of the Sewer Debt Retirement Fund; and WHEREAS, the Council on January 4, 1961 corrected the error of December 27, 1960, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: The Council determines that at the conclusion of the transactions set forth above, no moneys had been diverted from the Sewer Debt Retirement Fund.
