<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITI COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD ON JULY 15, 1974 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the City Hall in said City of the 15th day of <br />July, 1974, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Demos, Hess, Brennan and Curley <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6120 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville will have an election November 5, <br />1974, to fill the office of MUnicipal Court Judge; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Primary Election for County, District and State <br />Offices will be held September 10, 1974; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, Minnesota, that the Primary Election, if <br />necessary, for the office of MlIDicipal Court Judge, will <br />be held September 10, 1974. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by member Brennan and upon a vote being held thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same.
