<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />City Council <br />City of koseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular me?)ting <br /> <br />of the City Council of theCity of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held in the City Hall, 2701 North Lexington, in said city <br /> <br />on Monday, the 29th day of July, 1974, at 7:30 o'clock p. m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Demos, Hess and Brennan <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilman Curley <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Brennan <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6123 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO COMBINED <br />IMPROVEMENT OF 1972, SERIES 3, <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED <br />ASSESSMENT ON A PORTION OF THE <br />IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for combined Improvement of <br /> <br />1972, Series 3 of the City of Roseville for that portion of the <br /> <br />improvement consisting of construction of bituminous surfacing <br /> <br />and concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances on <br /> <br />County Road C-2 between Fairview and Wheeler and also on Wheeler <br /> <br />Street between Maple Lane and County Road C-2. <br />
