<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of theCity of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held in the City Hall, 2701 North Lexington, in said city <br /> <br />on Monday, the 29th day of July, 1974, at 7:30 o'clock p. m. <br /> <br />The fo llowing members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Hess, Demos and Brennan <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilman Curley <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Brennan <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6125 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT <br />NO. UL-73-22, DECLARING COST TO BE <br />ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION <br />OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. UL-73-22 <br />of the City of Roseville consisting of the installation of an <br />underground street lighting system on Prior Avenue from County <br />Road B-2 to Cleveland Avenue Service Drive and on West Perimeter <br />Drive from Prior Avenue to Cleveland Avenue. <br /> <br />The foregoing is in the area described in the legal notice <br />relating to the original hearing on the improvement and the <br />resolution relating thereto, and contracts for such work and <br />the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said <br />improvement amount to $15,322.00 and of this cost the <br />city will pay $ -0- as its share of the cost. <br />
