<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey county, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held in the City Hall, 2101 North Lexington, in said city <br /> <br />on Monday, the 29th day of July, 1914, at 1:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br /> <br />Councilmen Demos, Hess and Brennan <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Councilman Curley <br /> <br />Councilman Brennan introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6127 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT <br />NO. ST-72-l5, DECLARING COST TO BE <br />ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION <br />OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. ST-72-1S <br />of the city of Roseville consisting of the construction of storm <br />sewer facilities, lift station and force main and necessary <br />appurtenances in the general area of Roselawn on the south, <br />county Road B on the north, Trunk Highway 280 on the west and <br />Cleveland on the east. <br /> <br />The foregoing is in the area described in the legal notice <br />relating to the original hearing on the improvement and the <br />resolution relating thereto, and contracts for such work and the <br />expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improve- <br />ment amount to $289,420.00 and of this cost the city will pay <br />$217,604.00 as its share of the cost. <br />
