<br />Extract of Minutes of rr.eeting of <br />City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Fursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held in the City Hall, 2701 North Lexington, in said city <br /> <br />on Monday, the 29th day of July, 1974, at 7:30 o'clock p. m. <br /> <br />The fo I lowing members were present: r."ayor T inebarger , <br /> <br />Councilmen Demos, Ress and Brennan <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Councilman Curley <br /> <br />Councilman Brennan introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6128 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT <br />NO. P-73-l9, DECLARIN~ COST TO BE <br />ASSESSED AND ORDERINr PREPARATION <br />OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. P-73-19 <br />of the City of Roseville consisting of the installation of <br />bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter and necessary <br />appurtenances on Commerce street. from State Farm Road to <br />Snelling Avenue Service Drive. <br /> <br />The foregoing is in the area described in the legal notice <br />relating to the original hearing on the improvement and the <br />resolution relating thereto, and contracts for such work and the <br />expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improve- <br />ment amount to $25,353.00 and of this cost the city will pay <br />$ - 0 - as its share of the cost. <br />
