F-73-20, DECLARIN~ COST TO BE <br />ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have reen let for Tmprovement Nn. P-73-20 <br />oonsistinq of the installation of bituminous surfacing, concrete <br />curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances on State Farm ~oad <br />from Commerce Street to County Road B. <br /> <br />The foregoing is in the area described in the legal notice <br />relating to the original hearing on the improvement and the <br />resolution relating thereto, and contracts for such work and <br />the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of that <br />portion of said improvement amount to ~132,848.00 and of this <br />cost the city will pay $ - 0 - as its share of the cost. <br />
