<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />city Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Fursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the C~ty Council of the Cjty of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held. in the City Hall, 2701 North lexington, in said city <br /> <br />on Monday, the 29th day of July, 1974, at 7:30 o'clock p. m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br /> <br />Councilmen Demos, Hess and Brennan <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Councilman Curley <br /> <br />councilman Brennan introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6130 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT <br />NO. SS-W-P-73-2l, DECLARING COST TO <br />BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION <br />OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. <br />SS-W-P-73-2l consisting of the construction of sanitary sewer, <br />watermain, bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter and <br />necessary appurtenances on Herschel Street from County Road B <br />to T. H. 36 Service Drive. <br /> <br />The foregoing is in the area described in the legal notice <br />relating to the original hearing on the improvement and the <br />resolution relating thereto, and contracts for such work and the <br />expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improve- <br />ment amount to $211,164.00 and of this cost the city will pay <br />$ - 0 - as its share of the cost. <br /> <br />NOW TBEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br />
